Adrian has worked in the health and fitness industry since 1995 and is the owner of the Orléans Adventure Boot Camp and the 180° Fitness training center. His credo in both business and life is to practice what you preach.
Through 180 Degree Fitness, Adrian has found a way to educate and positively enhance the lives of many people. He firmly believes that everyone has the potential to achieve optimal health no matter where the starting point may be and has committed his life to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.

With over ten years of training experience, Kurtis holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology Degree and a Diploma in Health Promotion from the University of Guelph-Humber. He specializes in general population and high-performance athlete training. Emphasizing the achievable nature of any fitness goal, Kurtis prioritizes proper movement for strength and stability, making functional life more comfortable. He's dedicated to technique, safety, and employs traditional injury prevention methods.
Trainer, 180 Fitness
Growing up with a passion for sports and fitness, Ryan reached the world championships and Olympic qualifying trials for Tae Kwon Do and Canadian Nationals for freestyle wrestling in 2004. Inspired by these experiences, he pursued Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa. Simultaneously, he kicked off his career as a personal trainer. Ryan, having worked with numerous clients and assists others in achieving their healthiest and strongest selves through a balanced lifestyle and fitness.
