What is exercised-based physiotherapy?
In small sessions, clients will perform movements under the watchful eye of a personal trainer, while having the virtual guidance of a qualified physiotherapist. Just like with physiotherapy sessions, exercised based physiotherapy is also covered under most insurance plans!
