What is exercised-based physiotherapy?
In small sessions, clients will perform movements under the watchful eye of a personal trainer, while having the virtual guidance of a qualified physiotherapist. Just like with physiotherapy sessions, exercised based physiotherapy is also covered under most insurance plans!
EBP Services Offerings
Improved ankle mobility, stability and strength can improve your overall balance, increase your range of motion and improve your technique in movements such as the squat, and help with everyday activities like hiking and yard work!
Strengthening muscles around the knee enhances joint stability, providing benefits for both general stability and athletes in high-impact activities. Our program also aims to improve overall balance, helping to reduce the risk of falls in older adults
Improve mobility for lower body movements like lunges, deadlifts, and squats. Strengthen glutes to enhance single-leg stability & balance, especially for runners. Increase range of motion in movements like hip flexion.
Improved shoulder strength and mobility can improve posture, and can reduce discomfort during overhead pressing movements. Incorporating isolated exercises for your shoulders helps to support overall upper body movements, like swimming & throwing.
An Innovative way for care
This collaborative model combines the expertise of both the physiotherapist and trainer, creating a comprehensive and safe environment for those seeking guidance in their physiotherapy programs or looking to fine-tune technique in basic movement patterns.
